Welcome

GENOSENSE Diagnostics was founded by a group of highly experienced medical professionals and natural scientists with the intent of establishing individual and patient-orientated preventive genetic testing services. Our vision and our daily commitment is to contribute to long-term improvement of human welfare by individualized medicine due to the patient’s genetic profile.

How do gene polymorphisms really influence our everyday life?
Dr. Felix Stonek (editor in chief of genoNews) has interviewed Dr. Michael Klentze, a world-famous expert for preventive medicine, about the impact of genetic profiles and genetic polymorphisms on modern preventive medicine.

Felix Stonek: Dr. Klentze, you are an expert in the field of preventive genetic diagnostics. How do gene polymorphisms really influence our everyday life?

Michael Klentze: Genetic diagnostics is becoming more and more common in practical medicine. Small changes in the DNA, known as Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs), are important for our life. They guide us in matters concerning our life style, and can show for example whether or not our nutrition is suitable for us. In practical terms we can create preventive medicine, which is individualized for every patient
