How to proceed

1) Sample taking

The capillary blood will be taken completely painless on the lateral side of the finger pad. You may order the test kits free of charge from our customer service team.

Each of these sets includes:

An oder form
An anmnesis form
Instructions for a capillary blood sample
Two capillaries and a tube
Return to sender envelope
You may download examples of the order form at the bottom of this page. These order forms are also enclosed within the test kit that will be sent to you.

Please complete this forms accurately. Write down your name and personnel data in capital letters. You save us and yourself related clarifications. In order to accomplish the analysis correctly we require absolutely the complete filled anamnesis forms with the patient’s signature, as well as the tube with the serum respectively the plasma. The more detailed the anamnesis forms are, the more customized are the clinical recommendations.

2) Send In of the sample

After your have taken the sample, you may send the sample material to our lab. Please use the return to sender envelope inside the test kit. Store the tube with the blood sample in a cool place (fridge) in case you are not able to send it back to us immediately.

3) Forwarding the test result to you

The result including the medical interpretation will be sent to you by email.
