Please forward your physican's name and adress to our customer service team The physician will be contacted and the test kit as well as all necessary forms will be delivered immediately. You do not have to visit a laboratory personally!
As soon as the transfer from account to account has been booked the result as well as the medical interpretation will be send by email to your physician!
